In the year that I have been here at FUN 107, so many people have told me about a shelter in Rochester, MA called 'It's All About The Animals'.

It sounded like such an amazing place, where the animals were pampered and really well cared for, with tons of kitties! It sounded like a place I needed to visit.

I contacted Pam Robinson, the owner of 'It's All About The Animals' to see if I could arrange a time to meet her and spend some time with the animals. Turns out she already knew who I was because people had been telling her how much of an animal lover 'Loren from FUN 107' is!

I set up a time to meet with her and the kitties and brought one of our morning show interns Corinne with me to take pictures. Corinne and her sister Chantelle, also happen to be volunteers at 'It's All About The Animals', so that couldn't have worked out any better.

It's All About The Animals is truly the greatest animal shelter I have ever visited. It's set on a big lot of land in Rochester, MA and kept up beautifully by Pam and Oren Robinson.  The shelter is completely cage free, instead of cages for the cats, they have little sheds that look like cute mini houses for the cats to live in!  The sheds are climate controlled so the kitties are always comfortable and they have room to walk around, sleep, play and do as they please as cats love to do!

Pam and Oren have sheds for every kitty need, it actually looks like an adorable kitty village at 'It's All About The Animals'.  Pam and Oren work really hard to have this wonderful place for cats in need of a temporary home.  It's a 501C3, No Kill Shelter, where Pam and Oren rely on donations and charity events to raise money for the shelter, everything else comes out of their pockets.

Pam and Oren are two of the most giving, caring people I have ever met.  They are true animal lovers through and through.  They have dedicated their lives to making sure our abused and abandoned furry friends are safe, happy and well taken care of.  As an animal lover, I can't think of a better organization to support than the one run by Pam and Oren Robinson.

In fact, a big congratulations goes out to Pam and Oren Robinson, as they have been named Rochester's Man and Woman of the Year for all the work they do!  They truly deserve it!

Here's some pictures from my recent, awesome visit to It's All About The Animals...it was so much fun, I didn't want to leave!!
