Is The Circus Unethical or Harmless Entertainment? [POLL]

As the years go by, the definition of "animal cruelty" seems to becoming a little more relaxed as we continue to allow such circus acts as in this video to occur without any repercussions. WARNING: The video is jaw dropping.

In the video below, you will watch a crowd of people cheering and betting on a bicycle race between two monkeys and a bear go horribly wrong, when the bear crashes into one of the monkeys and ends with two supervisors trying to pull the monkey out of the mouth of the bear. This video brings me to my poll question, Do you think the circus is unethical or just harmless entertainment?
