Is March the New January?

For those who don't know, it's reported we are getting slammed with another 12-18 inches of snow this Tuesday... Not fun.

But it made me think, I do remember a time (around 10+ years ago) when all this snow seem to come from November-January (the bulk of it anyway: not back to back storms in March).

This isn't fact-based, merely memory and opinion, I do remember we would always get one random snow storm in like late March or early April, but not like these past few years where we are getting hit week after week. Especially after we were teased for a few weeks with 60-degree weather!
