Is Corporal Punishment Happening in Florida Schools?

The idea of corporal punishment in schools may seem like something out of another era, when kids were very different and or polite and respectful if you will, but school officials in Marion County may bring the practice of paddling back.

If the Marion County School Board brings the paddling initiative up for a vote this fall, it would only be used as a last resort with parent permission. What do you think?
