Let me explain...I just read an article that was titled,"9 Tips For A Longer Life That You Shouldn't Be Following" Yes you read that correctly!

Since the internet has become the main source for information, I have never been more confused than I am now. It seems like every day the information changes, eggs are good for you, eggs are bad for you, meat is good, meat is bad. I could go on and on here, but I'm sure you get the picture. How does ANYONE know what is good for you anymore?

Not only that, each and everyone of these health articles always start with the word MAY. This MAY be bad for you, this MAY be good for you? Does anyone know for sure about anything? Is milk bad for us, or not? Should we drink 8 glasses of water a day or not?

I think I will just go back to doing what I was doing before the internet. I certainly didn't worry about it as much back then.
