Iggy Azalea Ex-Boyfriend Files for Divorce

Did you know rapstress Iggy Azalea was married? No? Well, neither did she.

According to TMZ, they obtained documents filed in Texas by Iggy's ex-boyfriend, Hefe Wine (aka Maurice Williams), looking to end a common law marriage.

Texas marriage laws are quite unusual, in that any man and woman who've resided together for any time length are legally considered married if they agree to hold themselves out to others as husband and wife. Basically, in Texas, you can skip spending all the money, planning and documentation to get married. Under law, if you want to be married, you can just live together and tell everyone that you are. Weird, right?

Well, Wine says him and Iggy came to an agreement to hold each other out to the public as husband and wife back when they lived together in September of 2008. Iggy denies ever making such an agreement or ever considering herself Wine's wife. Then again, if Hefe can prove that isn't the case, Iggy will be forced to share all of her profits with her alleged husband 50/50. Ouch!
