“Idol” Crowd Turns On Nicki Minaj After She Calls Mariah “Sir.”

Did Nicki Minaj deliberately insult the great Mariah Carey last night?  Some fans of the show took to twitter after "American Idol" to say she did.   After a performance by Kree Harrison, Nicki Minaj said she disagreed with Mariah Cary's critique.   That's when Cary said "I disagree with your disagreement."  "OK Simmer down, sir" was the reply from Minaj.  That was met with some gasps and a few laughs by the studio audience.   But later in the show, Nicki Mnaj actually complimented Mariah's vocal skills.  After Candice Glover's performance of "When You Believe," Minaj talked about how impressive the original version of the song performed by Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey was.
