Olympic coverage begins on NBC Thursday night and Thursday evening you can watch a free ice dancing performance at the Alex and Ani City Center in Providence.

Get into the Olympic spirit with this FREE show at the ice rink in the heart of Providence starting at 5 p.m.

For one hour several competitors from the Olympic trials, the New England Regional Championships as well as local Rhode Island skaters will be putting on a show that is open to the public.

This ice performance will feature both Men's and Ladies' singles, Pairs, Ice Dance and Synchronized Skating.

The show will also feature a special performance from Team USA member Jimmy Ma, best know for his viral performance to "Turn Down For What" at the 2018 National Championships.

Since the ice of the Alex and Ani City Center will be filled with performing skaters on Thursday night, the ice bumper cars everyone's been raving about won't be available until after 6 p.m.

Typically you can ride the bumper cars Monday - Friday 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Wednesday - Saturday from 10 p.m. - midnight. Tickets are $12 and you can make reservations.

Still Thursday night will be all about the skaters on the ice as people take in this FREE performance and get into the Olympic spirit in Providence!
