I was so excited to buy my new Apple Watch last week. Only problem is, I can't figure it out.

So a few weeks back, my Fitbit kicked the bucket. It was reading things wrong and kept telling me the wrong time. It was just clearly on its last legs, so I threw it out.

The problem was, I need a fitness tracker to keep myself motivated and on track. Now that I'm trying to get back into shape for the wedding, I needed something. I've had a lot of struggles with Fitbit products in the past, so I opted to go with the Apple Watch. I was overly excited when I picked it up. I would have not only a fitness tracker again, but all the other things the Apple Watch is capable of. The dawn of a new age on my wrist!

Here's the issue: I have no idea what the hell I'm doing. These rings. What in God's green goodness are these rings?

Yesterday, I worked out for a full hour and fifteen minutes. It didn't even fill my exercise ring for 30 minutes. The move ring makes next to no sense to me. Is that just anytime I move, like at all? And then there's the stand ring. Do I literally have to just make sure I stand up for a full minute every hour? I'm so lost. Send help if you can!

All in all though, the watch is super dope. It works so much better with my myfitnesspal app, which I use to log all my food and calorie intake. The other day I asked it how long it would take me to get home, and I got a full traffic report and ETA from my freaking watch! It's definitely my favorite purchase, I just need someone to sit me down and explain how this fitness stuff works. Today it seemed a lot more on point and made more sense to be, but still.

If you know how this gizmo works, by all means please let me know. Thanks!
