Holiday Wish Program Gift List

In part with the United Way, Fun 107 is collecting gifts for deserving families in the Southcoast. Here is a list of the gifts these families need this holiday season. 

Gifts for Girls:

• Toys - princess themed toys, art supplies, craft projects, interactive learning activities, dress-up clothes, baby dolls, My Little Pony dolls.
• Books - we have several girls asking for books this year. Any reading level from picture books to books for young adults would be great gifts.

Gifts for Boys:

• Toys - Legos, Minecraft gifts, toy cars or trucks, sports toys or equipment, art supplies, new or used video games, learning activities.
• Books - we have several boys also asking for books this year. Any reading level from picture books to books for young adults.

Clothing: 

• There is a need for winter clothes (coats, hats, gloves, mittens, scarves, warm socks and boots) this year. Also, several families have a need for clothing in general due to circumstances where they have lost virtually everything. We have children aging from 4 months-old to 19 years-old with sizes for both boys and girls across the spectrum so any donation would be able to go to one of the families in need. We ask that the clothing donations are new purchases or those with tags still on.

Basic Needs:

• Several families are also in need of basic supplies for their families. Small stocking stuffer items like nail polish, hair ties and lip balms are perfect small gifts that can go a long way. Any personal hygiene items are also fantastic.

Gift Cards:

• Gift cards would go such a long way in helping. Think of how many items a family could get at a store like Target or Wal-Mart for $20. A gift card also make great gifts for the families with teenage children who may not want a specific toy or book but may need things like school supplies, clothes or personal care products.

Gifts (preferably unwrapped) and donations can be dropped off at the Fun 107 Studio at 22 Sconticut Neck Road in Fairhaven and will be delivered to the families before Christmas. We ask that any checks are made payable to The United Way with a note in the memo if you would like the donation to go to a specific family.
