Highway Closure On Route 6

An accident has lead to a highway closure on Route 6.

Bourne Police say the accident took place near Exit 1 on the westbound side and has closed the highway in both directions.

State Police are also on scene assisting with traffic.

Drivers are being asked to avoid the area and seek an alternate route if possible.
