If you're looking to create your own haunted house, or just pick up a few new decorations, you'll want to stop by 57 Fort Street in Fairhaven this weekend.

The owner of the home is having an estate sale to sell off all of the decorations they have acquired over the years.

Matthew Brodeur says it was time to sell all of the items after the death of his father, Richard, back in March.  The father and son pair have been collecting donations for the Shriners Childrens Hospital for many years at their annual haunted house.

In a Facebook post he says, "All good things must come to an end including Haunting for Shriners."  Matthew is trying to make sure the hundreds of Halloween items get sold, including props and decorations, home goods, electronics, and more.

Bring your wallet and make a reasonable offer because everything must go!

The Haunted Estate Sale takes place Saturday and Sunday (September 30th and October 1st) from 9am to 5pm both days.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Shriners Hospitals for Children.

If you want to see a little preview of some of the items that may be available, check out The Brodeurs and their home featured in 2012's film "The American Scream" in the trailer below.
