Great White Shark Sneaks Up On Small Fishing Boat [VIDEO]

This happened off the coast of New Jersey, but with the recent Great White sighting off Cape Cod, it could happen much closer to home.   It's a 15-footer and it seems to be very quiet. 

Do you think you'd have been in a panic if you were in the boat?  I would.   Luckily this one doesn't seem to be too hungry.
