Listen to audio of the legendary Gil Santos' play by play call of Michael Rock's super Bowl touchdown pass to Randy Moss.

What?  You don't remember my Super Bowl performance against the Packers?  You don't remember me throwing a touchdown pass to Randy Moss?  Here's Hall of Fame Broadcaster Gil Santos with the historic call of the play in the Super Bowl...in my dreams.

Sadly, Mr. Santos passed away yesterday on his 80th birthday.  His willingness to play along with my boyish dream is a testament to his sense of humor.  Glenn Ordway, who called Celtics games with Santos remembers his jokes.

Santos was born in Acushnet, grew up in North Fairhaven and is a graduate of Fairhaven High School...where he is also a member of the Hall of Fame.

April 19th was an incredibly significant date for the legendary broadcaster.  Not only was he born on April 19th, he and his wife were married 57 years ago on April 19th, and he, sadly, passed away on April 19th.
