Getting Back On Track After The Easter Binge
I have been sooooo good. About 2 weeks ago, I said goodbye to sugar products and all carbs outside of the vegetable world. Nothing but protein and veggies for this gal. I started doing the Ageless Body Sculpting ideal protein diet again to help drop some lbs. before I have to throw on a swim suit. In the first week I lost four and a half pounds and then was on track to lose another three in my second week. In comes Easter. I admit it. I over-indulged.
