Get Into Shape With the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ Inspired Workout
With everyone and their mother (yikes) reading 'Fifty Shades of Grey' lately, there are a lot of things being inspired by this so called dirty book. That includes fitness, and a new workout that takes you right into the pages of the book.
It's called 50 Shapes, and your instructor is Kristen James, a trainer based out of New York City. According to her Facebook bio, 'She’s a leading fitness expert that’s transformed, motivated and inspired many people over the past 20 years with her results oriented training approach.'
As the 50 Shapes website states, it's the hottest workout right now. You can check out the quick demo above, and try and do this yourself at home. If you are heading to the NYC area, you can get a one-on-one session with Kristen for $150, or a group of four people for $25 each.
