Gazelle’s Magical $2 Cure for Stomach Trouble
So simple, yet so effective.
This story starts out around 6:30 AM. The Michael Rock Show had already been LIVE for an hour and I could tell that something was clearly wrong with my stomach. Before the aches and pains began, I didn't have a single thing in my stomach besides dinner from the night before (a piece of chicken breast, brown rice, and a veggie medley). I usually have my breakfast around 7:35, so I know it wasn't that.
Out of nowhere, very sharp stomach pains and nausea hit me like a sack of bricks, to the point where I was keeled over. I went outside for some fresh air and patiently waited for the pain to subside, but nothing was happening.
As I told a fellow co-worker, Phil Paleologos, of my troubles and stomach woes, he told me to go buy a small box of baking soda and then mix 3/4 of a tablespoon into a cup of water.
"Down it quickly!" Doctor Paleologos informed me.
I took the wise man's advice and you won't believe what happened next...
As if I had never experienced an ounce of pain or discomfort, the baking soda water had cured my belly! Come on now, baking soda? Who knew?! I use that stuff to keep my freezer/fridge fresh!
Within minutes, I was back to normal again and just in time for some avocado and hot sauce toast. Bon Appetit!
