Over 2,100 runners turned out to run the 39th annual Fairhaven Father’s Day Road Race.  The weather was picture perfect for a 5K or 10K run through North Fairhaven. Fun 107 was right there at the starting line!

Editor’s Note:  For the record, Michael Rock finished 503rd out of 1593 in the 5K.  67th in his division.  He’ll be in a new division next year after he turns the big 4-0!

I had the weirdest dream last night that I was clean shaven. Thankfully, when I woke up, that was not the case.

June 15th will mark the three months of beard-ness that I have been growing on my face, and will hold the record for longest grown of all the years I have grown facial hair. You can also start to see some blond in it when the light hits. That’s the German part of me.

My son’s hilarious because he says it’s “scwratchy” however it’s fluffiness and softness contributed by constant conditioning has thwarted that scwratchiness.

It was pretty awesome. There were over 40 cars on display, and unlike the Titanic museum I went to, I got to take pictures.

Here are a few of my favorite cars that I saw.

Believe it or not, when you’re on a cruise ship for nine days, it feels more like a month, because it’s your home, transportation, entertainment, basically everything. Our last stop on the FUN Morning Show Cruise was the Royal Caribbean private island of Labadee in Haiti.

It was beautiful just like the other ports, and its highlight had to be the Dragon Zip Line. I took some video of the very end of it as people came sailing in across the beach.

Our third stop is in San Juan, Puerto Rico. There’s no fooling around here temperature-wise, it easily hit the 90′s and it was humid. We took a walk around the Downtown area and saw the beautiful buildings, cobblestone streets, even an old fort.

As soon as lunchtime hit, we hit Senor Frog’s hard! I had yard after yard of strawberry daiquiri and it was delicious. I have never done karaoke while the sun was still up, but I did my best to entertain the packed house with my C&C Music Factory hit.
