He's kicking off spring 2014 with one of his biggest hits ever and now John Legend could be performing at one of the most talked about weddings ever.

Legend is the odds on favorite to perform at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's lavish wedding (weddings?) later this month after reports that Jay-Z and Beyonce are avoiding the event because it's going to filmed for a TV special.

I totally understand why the power couple would want to avoid an event that is publicized as being full of cameras, but John Legend may not have the same view. He does after all sort of owe his career to Kanye.

Legend is signed to West's GOOD Music label and Kanye has been executive producer on all of John's solo albums. Legend has been asked about their friendship many times and even defended the outspoken West to Oprah Winfrey.

So this close friendship has led many to believe that it will be John Legend serenading Kim and Kanye as they have their first dance as man and wife. At just how many of their reported weddings remains to be seen.
