Freetown Police Looking For Hit And Run Driver

Know anyone missing a passenger side door? Because Freetown Police may be looking for them.

The Freetown Police Department took to Facebook to try and find the person who left their grey passenger side door behind at a hit-and-run accident on Tuesday night.

The door is apparently from a hybrid car that side swiped a parked truck and trailer in the area of County Road near Middleboro Road around 5 p.m.

The passenger door skin was ripped off the vehicle, but the driver never stopped and continued driving south on Route 18 into New Bedford.
