When Frank Ocean graces the stage on the season premiere of 'Saturday Night Live' this Saturday (Sept. 15), he will have special guest with him -- singer-guitarist John Mayer. The Odd Future crooner announced the news on his Twitter feed today (Sept. 11). "SNL this weekend. Me and the bro John Mayer," he wrote.

Although it hasn't been confirmed, Ocean will most likely perform 'White,' which features Mayer from his 'channel Orange' album. It's an instrumental tune, so we can only guesstimate that Ocean will add some new vocals to their special take of the song. Or maybe Ocean and Mayer are performing a jazzy, guitar-driven rendition of 'Thinkin Bout You.'

Producers of 'SNL' haven't confirmed or deny Ocean's tweet, but we're sure that the season premiere -- with guest host Seth McFarlane -- will be packed with plenty of jokes and surprises.

Ocean's 'SNL' guest appearance follows his much-feted, stripped down performance at 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. Behind a fiery backdrop, Ocean crooned 'Thinkin Bout You' a cappella-style. It was a magical moment that reminded audiences why he is considered one of pop music's biggest stars.

So get ready! The season premiere of 'Saturday Night Live' will air on NBC at 11:30PM ET.
