A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the New Year's Eve shooing death of Aaron Gant Jr.

Gregg Miliote, a spokesman with the Bristol County District Attorney's Office says that 22-year-old Aaron Bookman of New Bedford is being charged with the obstruction of justice portion of the state's witness intimidation statute.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in New Bedford District Court.

Three New Bedford residents 25-year-old Chad Santos, 24-year-old Kathleen Rivera, and 21-year-old Lorena Rivera were arrested on January 6 and charged with the obstruction of justice portion of the state's witness intimidation statute.

Miliote says the investigation into Gant's death remains active and ongoing.
