Flood Watch In Effect For Southeastern Mass

According to Fred Campagna at www.rightweather.net, we can expect showers and thunderstorms to roll though the area late this afternoon and evening.   The potential for heavy downpours over the area that has already received several inches of rain in the past few days could cause flooding.

Some thunderstorms could produce over an in inch of rain in a short time.  That increases the possibility of street, stream and river flooding.
