Flash Flood Watch Friday Afternoon
The National Weather Service in Taunton, MA has issued a Flash Flood Watch through 8 pm Friday. Locally heavy showers rolled through the South Coast Friday morning, and more heavy downpours are possible in the afternoon and early evening. The threat of heavy rain ends between 5pm-8pm Friday evening. Scattered showers may linger Friday night and through midday Saturday. The good news is that the weather will improve on Father’s Day. It will be partly to mostly sunny and in the mid to upper 70s.
