A recall has been issued by Fisher-Price on an infant cradle swing that has a fall hazard.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says the recall is on three different models of the Fisher-Price Cradle N' Swings.

The swings present a fall hazard because there is a peg, that when not fully engaged, can cause the cradle's seat to fall and possibly injure the child.

The models include the CHM84 Soothing Savanna Cradle 'n Swing, CMR40 Sweet Surroundings Cradle 'n Swing, and CMR43 Sweet Surroundings Butterfly Friends Cradle 'n Swing.

There have been reports of seat pegs falling out, but no injuries have been reported yet.

Those that own a Cradle N' Swings are advised to stop using it immediately and contact Fisher-Price for revised assembly instructions.

Fisher-Price can be reached at 800-432-5437 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or online at service.mattel.com.
