If you're a real estate agent on the South Coast, watch out! A man from the Fall River area is creeping on female agents.

According to WCVB.com, a man has called several female real estate agents at strange times of the day in an attempt to meet with them. Fall River police say the man has called as early as 6:30 am, and as late as 11:30 pm, with background information on the women.

Since realtors post almost all their information online, including e-mail addresses and private phone numbers, they become easy targets for creepers like this guy.

The man calls the woman using the names Mike, Carlos, or Tony, and starts off the conversations as if they were familiar.

Dawn Rusin of Re/Max Right Choice in Fall River said, "He starts off saying he knows them. Like, 'Hi Jenny,' 'Hi Donna, how ya doing? Do you remember me? You showed me a property a couple of weeks ago."

He then invites the women to meet at Foxwoods. But, female agents shouldn't take this potential threat lightly. Last month, a female real estate agent in Arkansas was killed by a man while showing a vacant property.
