Fairhaven Turkey Trot is Coming Back

Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 24, 2016 the race will start promptly at 8 AM. The race will start at 56 Bridge St. at Green St. in Fairhaven, MA and runners will be running a distance of 5K (3.1 miles)

You'll start outside Nemasket Group on Bridge St. and Green St. and will head straight down Green to Fort Phoenix. You'll head up Fort St., past the marina and a water stop, to Main St. You'll go right on Bridge St. to Mulberry St. to loop back to the Cushman Park track for a strong finish!

Tickets will be priced at $20 for anyone older than 12 if you register online and will be $25 in person. Children's tickets will be $10 online and the day of.

Online registration closes at 11:59pm on Monday, Nov 21 and if you'd rather register in person tickets are $25 on Tuesday, Nov 22 and Wednesday, Nov 23 from 7pm-8pm at Days Sports, 86 Huttleston Ave. Rte. 6, Fairhaven (includes number and t-shirt pick-up).​

For those of you who are spur of the moment and decide you'd like to burn some calories before devouring the whole turkey, you can purchase your number for $25 (cash or check) on Thanksgiving morning between 7am-7:45am at the Cushman Park bandshell (includes number and t-shirt pick-up while supplies last). Please make checks payable to The Shepherd's Pantry.

When you decide to run, you have two options for picking up your shirt.

Option 1: Pick-up your Trot number and t-shirt (first 500 registrants) on Tuesday, Nov 22 or Wednesday, Nov 23 from 7pm-8pm at Days Sports, 86 Huttleston Ave. Rte. 6, Fairhaven.

Option 2: Pick-up your Trot number and t-shirt (first 500 registrants) on Thursday morning, Nov 24 immediately before the Trot from 7am-7:45am at the Cushman Park bandshell.

Unfortunately runners' times will NOT be recorded at the Trot, and times will not posted online.
