Dust off your tiara, your cape or both and join us for a special Mother's Day tradition!
If our child wants to participate in the Kids Fun Run, please note that for safety reasons, children 5 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. (Adults participating with their children do not need to register for the Fun Run.) Registrants in the Kids Fun Run will receive medals!
Parking will be provided at the sand pit and ORR with shuttle van service from ORR beginning at 7 a.m. Runner drop-off will be at Oxford Creamery. Carpooling is highly encouraged.
The Women's Fund is a volunteer-driven fundraising organization. We raise money for programs that help under-served women and girls become self-sufficient adults. We believe that mentoring, education and skills development allow them to flourish, contribute and become role models and leaders. This strengthens and benefits family, community and society. Funds raised support the communities of Southeastern Massachusetts, primarily in the greater New Bedford area.
Date and Time
The event is held on Sunday, May 10. The Kids Fun Run (ages 3 to 12) starts at 9 a.m. with a staggered start. Runners ages 8 to 12 will start at 9 a.m. with children ages 3 to 7 beginning at the conclusion of the first wave of runners.
The adult race begins at 9:30 a.m.

The 5K starts at Oxford Creamery, located at 98 County Rd., Mattapoisett, Mass. 02739.
Registration
Registration is $20 for the 5K and $5 for the Kids Fun Run. Participants may register individually, create or join a team online by registering here. T-shirts will be given to the first 300 5K registrants. Bibs may be picked up at Oxford Creamery on Saturday, May 9 from 1 to 5 p.m. or on Sunday morning, May 10, from 7 to 8:30 a.m.
