An employee of a Bobby's Burger Palace restaurant in Maryland has claimed she was bullied for being "too girly".According to Pagesix, Michelle Edison worked for the popular food chain since January of this year.  During her training, she experienced some harassment from the other managers, especially when she walked into training carrying her Louis Vuitton pocketbook. They told her to "not take being a female so seriously because it's not the BBP way."

She was quoted saying, "I am a manager, so my outside appearance had to look a certain way. You have to look proper. To them, I was being overly enthusiastic in being a girl."

The harassment continued even when Michelle started working full-time. Her first day on the job, her boss threw down a plate right in front of her, the customers and staff, saying he would make an example of her.

Michelle didn't put up with the bullying for very long, she resigned on January 28 and filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on February 23.  Bobby Flay has yet to comment on the situation.
