32 people who live at The Coffin Lofts in downtown New Bedford were evacuated early this morning after a fire broke out at a business on Union Street.  Firefighters were called to Just In Advertising, a screen printing business at 204 Union Street at about 1:15 this morning.  The residents of the nearby apartments were forced to leave for a time because of concerns about a backdraft from the burning building.   The New Bedford Fire Department tells us that the fire was brought under control in about 30 minutes, and residents were back in The Coffin Lofts by 3 a.m.   There were no injuries.
