Durfee’s Colton McGrath Talks About American Idol Appearance

Sunday night was one of the biggest nights of Colton McGrath's life.  The 18-year-old senior at Durfee High School in Fall River was featured on season one of ABC's version of American Idol.  Colton lives in Freetown, and made appeared on American Idol this past weekend.  Unfortunately, a long stay in Hollywood wasn't in the cards, as he didn't make it past the solo rounds.  Still, as we told him this morning, an incredible run for this young, aspiring musician.  The chance to appear on national television doesn't happen for many people over the course of a lifetime.  You can listen to his appearance on the morning show in the YouTube link above.
