Get ready to relive your childhood with a live Double Dare show at the Providence Performing Arts Center!

You may have seen stars like Russell Wilson and Odell Beckham Jr playing Double Dare down in Atlanta last week, now Nickelodeon's hit show from the 90s is launching a live tour and making a stop in Providence on Saturday May 18 at 7 p.m.

And it sounds like it's everything you loved about the original show including host Mark Summers and trusty sidekick Robin Russo.

As an audience member to the show, you'll have the chance to compete in Double Dare (a legit dream of mine as a child).

The game is being played the same way you remember it, two teams competing head-to-head in a trivia question round, messy physical challenges and of course the legendary obstacle course at the end.

No word on exactly which classic Double Dare challenges are going on the tour, but my favorite as a kid was the giant nose you had to pick to get the flag and I certainly hope that one will be there.

You can get tickets to this one-of-a-kind show starting this Friday, February 8 at 10 a.m. and relive your childhood at PPAC on May 18.

And don't dress too nice the day of the show, cause if you make it to the stage you know you're going to leave a big mess!
