This is a topic that's come up behind the scenes a few times recently so we decided to bring it up on the air.

I'm the type of person that doesn't like to tell my friends if I don't like their appearance because I don't want to hurt their feelings. I feel that if they like how they look, than my opinion really doesn't matter.

Our intern, Kara, thinks it's part of 'friend code' to tell a friend when their appearance is off or if something doesn't look good, so she would want her friends to do the same.

Michael Rock doesn't seem to care what people think about his appearance. I mean, everyone rags on him about his Nantucket red pants but he still wears them anyway.

I just don't know how I would feel telling my friend she didn't look good. I would never want to offend her. I think my friends are beautiful just the way they are, and since I'm happy with how I look and what I wear, I figure they feel that way about themselves too, right? Would you tell your friends if they didn't look good?  Would you be offended if they told you they didn't like your appearance? Take my poll here:
