Dental Assistant Fired For Being “Too Attractive”

This is Melissa Nelson. She was fired from her dental assistant job for being too attractive. Her boss told her she was irresistible and that he couldn't work with her. Amazingly, seven male justices ruled that while the firing might be unfair, it wasn't illegal. The Iowa Supreme Court has agreed to take another look.
