Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift are all insanely successful as solo artists, so can you imagine the impact they would have as a joint force? If Lovato had her way and ever wanted to add "girl group member" to her resume, she said she'd definitely recruit her old Disney pals Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus, as well as country-pop queen Taylor Swift to sing alongside her.

"It would never happen, but I'd form a group featuring me, Miley [Cyrus], Selena [Gomez] and Taylor [Swift]," told The Guardian. "That would be pretty epic."

Epic? Yes. Scary to think about? Definitely, yes. We're just not sure the world would be able to handle this -- it'd be like the Big Bang of pop music, complete diva overload. Peoples ears might start oozing that pink goo in Miley's 'We Can't Stop' video or short-circuit like an 'Austin Powers' fembot. It would be like Justin Bieber joining One Direction, or Beyonce and Adele linking up for a duo act. It could only spell mass chaos, so we're lucky that this will probably never happen.

With that being said, these girls would probably end up making magic in the studio if this supergroup did come to fruition. It's unclear how their sounds could mesh, being that they all vary in style greatly... although Selena and Miley are nailing the party jams as of late, so we have a hunch their styles would blend together swimmingly.

Their individual talents could also prove handy -- as the powerhouse vocalist of the bunch, Demi would have to be the frontwoman, Taylor could handle songwriting duties, Miley could be the group's stylist, and Sel could take over choreography (except for twerking numbers, as that's Miley's area of expertise).

As we all know, the chemistry between Demi, Selena and Miley goes way back. In a separate interview, Lovato also explained she still leans on them for support, as well as fellow Disney alum / BFF Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers.

"You know, people in my life, like Selena and Nick and Miley, even, they’ve all been there for me during really hard times. I like to surround myself with people who understand where I am in my life and that have my best interests at heart," she said (quote via Hollywood Life).

"I feel like, especially with Nick, I feel like I can call him when I’m really struggling or whatever, and he’ll be there for me," Demi continued, explaining how deep their friendship is. "It’s a really good feeling to have a friend like that...  And Selena because she called me crying when I was in there and was just so worried,. I was like, ‘Look, I should be the one crying, it’s all good!’ But she was so worried and ever since then we’ve gotten closer."

Awww! What about Nick getting in on this supergroup action? He could be the lead guitarist in the band!
