Virginia police are searching for a man who opened fire on a TV crew during a live broadcast this morning, killing two people.

Reporter Alison Parker and videographer Adam Ward were both killed.

Channel WDBJ 7 confirmed on Twitter that a shooting happened during a live report and that they are still trying to figure out what happened.

During the live broadcast, the reporter was wrapping up a tourism interview with a woman in a community about 50 miles southeast of Roanoke, Virginia, when gunshots suddenly ring out.

The reporter and her guest are seen running from the area as the camera shakes and falls to the ground, catching a glimpse of what could be the gunman.
