Deadly Crash In New Bedford

New Bedford Police have confirmed to WJAR-NBC 10 they found a man dead when they arrived at the scene where he had crashed his car into a telephone pole Sunday night.

New Bedford Fire said they responded to the accident around 6:45 p.m. at 300 Duchaine Blvd. where the man had crashed his black Mustang.

Police confirm they are investigating the possibility that drag racing was involved. The deadly crash is under investigation.
