Two dancers at the King's Inn are suing the owner of the Dartmouth "gentlemen's club" for back pay they say is owed them and other workers.  The club says the dancers work as contractors, but the suit says they are actually employees of the club.  Court documents say the women earn between $200 and $900 a night at the King's Inn.

The dancer's attorney says they were denied minimum wage and other labor protections.  Minimum wage in Massachusetts is $8 per hour.  The attorney is also calling for more dancers to come forward as part of a class-action suit which could go to trial next year.
