Cute Kids Debate The Weather [VIDEO]

These kids are so freaking cute! They have differing opinions on the weather and start the great debate of "sprinkling" or "raining."

The toddlers in this video can't agree on what is happening weather-wise, but I think we can all agree they are super cute. My favorite part is around the 1:40 mark, when the blonde boy remarks "you poked my heart" in the most adorable voice I have ever heard!
