The coroner's report is out, and the autopsy on 'Glee' star Cory Monteith has reveled that he had a combination of heroin and alcohol in his body at the time of his death. 

According to the corner, there was a deadly combination "a mixed drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol," that lead the Monteith's death.

Monteith was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver on Saturday. He was 31 years old. Monteith is best known for playing the character of Finn Hudson on 'Glee'. He had done a stint in rehab a few months ago, and many believed he was clean.
