Connecticut To Consider A Ban On Smoking In Your Car With Kids

This is a potential law which may get the Anti-Government activists talking again, but the state of Connecticut is considering a ban on smoking in your car if kids are riding with you.

To most this is probably a no brainer, but keep in mind that in my opinion, some laws are created due to the inability of people to have common sense of their own.

Do you think this is overstepping on peoples rights, or is it a good idea to help people decide what is good for others?
