So who is the next celebrity with a sex tape? Apparently for Bengals, Patriots and Dolphins' wide receiver Chad Johnson.

Chad Johnson and his lawyers are making a big mess for websites that have posted his alleged sex tape. According to TMZ Johnson has already issued 2 cease and desist letters to websites, and he isn't done yet.

Anyone who posted anything including still shots of said video is also getting a letter, or worse - Chad Johnson will not send out a tweet about you. Yes twitter faithful, rest assured @ochocinco is still tweeting like this whole mess never happened.

Johnson and his lawyers are claiming that the video was stolen from Johnson's cell phone.
