The fifth annual Celebrate Our Waters Festival is happening this Friday through Sunday all over the Cape, from Brewster to Eastham!

There will be 60 different water activities for adults and children alike and all activities are free. Every year new activities are added to the festival and this year is no different. Don't worry though, some of the festival favorites are coming back. There will be kayak tours, guided tours, a sailing event featuring a completely restored Cosby Catboat and much more.

I think my personal favorite event would have to be the Scallop Festival, taking place on Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. in East Falmouth. Yum!

The event raises awareness of the area's beautiful water and coalition board member Bob Caruthers wants people to understand that the "waters are worth fighting for."

This is such an awesome end-of-summer event to bring the family to. You don't want to miss out!

The event starts off at 6 p.m. on Friday with the Rum-Soaked Crooks playing at the Old Fire House Gallery in Orleans.

Come celebrate the beauty that is Cape Cod!
