‘Buffy’ Star Sarah Michelle Gellar Looks To TV Return

Sarah Michelle Gellar will forever be known as Buffy Summers to most, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want to stop working just because her vampire slaying days are over. She is looking to make a return to the small screen.

Last year Gellar attempted a comeback to television with the CW show 'Ringer'. She played twin sisters in that series, which was canceled after just one season. That jump back to TV must have given the itch, because she wants more.

According TV Line, Gellar is working on a new series - the name not yet known. Se is working with 20th Century Fox, the company that produced 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'. They are looking to shop the series, which is being penned by Shepard Boucher, to major networks soon.
