Snow is non-stop up here in New England so what's better than to focus your time on skiing and for a great cause?

Bob's Sea and Ski event has been going on for 21 years now and focuses on raising dollars and awareness for the Special Olympics. The event lasts only one day and you can sign up at their store or on their website for $89 which includes lift ticket and transportation. If you raise $250, you get to ski for free.

The event will be at Loon Mountain and is taking place on March 1st. State Senate, Mike Rodrigues also helps sponsor the event and will help run the raffle that they have each year.

Bob's Sea and Sick has been officially inducted into the Special Olympics Hall of Fame for raising $300,000 over the last 20 years. It's such a great event to experience and be apart of. All the money and fundraising goes to supporting the Special Olympics year round sports events and pay for any equipment, uniforms and transportation the athletics need and where the event is held.

The money also helps local competitions such as the Spring Track and Field event at Dartmouth High that will be scheduled for May 7th.
