Blount Clam Shack Set to Host 3rd Annual Clam Cake Eating Contest Saturday

This Saturday Blount Clam Clam Shack will host their 3rd Annual Clam Cake Eating Contest on the Warren Waterfront 335 Water Street from 2-4 pm.  Last years winner was Joe Menchetti, Joe was able to scoff down two dozen clam cakes in 10 minutes!  How many do you think you can eat?  Be part of the fun on Saturday just show up by 1:30 pm to register for the free event, Blount will be handing out prizes for first, second and third place, plus they will have free tee shirts and more.

The contest promises to be great fun, plan on sticking around and enjoy live entertainment and more fun.  This year I will throw my hat into the ring and try to eat as many as I can in the 10 minutes, I don't think I'll be able to beat Joe but I will try hard!
