Black Cow On 195 In Dartmouth

Look who decided to join us for the morning commute on I-195 today.

Fun 107 commuters called into the Rock and Fox show this morning just after 8am to alert us that there was a big black cow, yes, you read it correctly...a cow wandering across I-195 east and west bound and at one point, walked herself right across both lanes of the highway.

I say she was looking for her babies.  What else would cause a cow of her size to do such a thing?  Others say, "Christine, you're crazy, the cow was just wandering around."  Either way, this big back cow we have named Bessie, was in the wrong place at the wrong time this morning.

Within a short time, police officers were able to tranquilize Bessie in order to safely move her away from the road.  They loaded her onto a big rig and brought her back to her home.
