Beyonce Goes Vegan Again
Beyonce announced yesterday via Instagram that she has embarked on her second 22-day vegan diet. According to E! Online, Day 1 of her diet included a peanut butter and chocolate chip flavored vegan protein bar with sliced bananas. Just before her husband Jay-Z’s birthday, Beyonce, tried out this diet and she must have been pleased with the results to give it another go. Going vegan means not consuming no meat or animal products.
I must add, she looked fabulous at the Grammys in that size 2 white lace Michael Costello gown. Wow, a size 2! She is such an inspiration to me and to females everywhere. Her body looks amazing and makes me want to give the 22-day vegan diet a try.
