What a great trip my family and I took to Vermont. Beautiful skylines of mountains, some of them with snow. The leaves couldn't have been more perfect with lots of red, orange, and yellow mixed together. It was great to just relax and get away. One of the highlights of the trip for me was the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory.

Amazing that two hippies back in the 1963 spent $5 to learn how to make ice cream and it blew up to the nationally known ice cream that everyone knows. More amazing was the day we checked out the factory, it was a balmy 40 degrees, but people still insisted on waiting outside for their favorite scoop of Ben and Jerry's.

One funny thing I saw there was the Flavor Graveyard. You had to follow a trail in the back of the factory to get to it, and there were at least 20 gravestones like you would see in a cemetery. And I came across their Top 10 Flavors, glad to see my favorite was #3. Check to see if yours made it.
