A native of New Bedford, I am happy to be working at the radio station that I grew up listening too. I vividly remember listening to the Top 7 at 9 when I was younger, counting down Salt -N- Pepa "Whatta Man", Paperboy's "Ditty", and "Very Special" by Big Daddy Kane and Spinderella. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Wagner College on Staten Island, NY. I was lucky enough to live and work in New York City. I gained television experience through a production internship on The Sally Jessy Raphael Show. I moved back to New Beige in 2003 and JR changed my life when he gave me an internship and my first job in radio. I've met my husband and some of the greatest people here at FUN 107. Now, I enjoy life as a mom. It's the hardest but most rewarding of all my jobs! Breast Cancer Awareness month will be upon us shortly. October is an important month about awareness for women in general. Education and asking your physician the right questions are necessary in this day and age. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure as my mother always said.

Reasons Why D&D and Magic Beat Video Games [Sponsored]
Dungeon's and Dragons has been popular since the 1970's. D & D is considered the original role playing game. Long before the internet and Call of Duty came along, this was how nerds, if you will, interacted. With computer games and many gaming systems to choose from, it's hard to imagine how the role playing games that encourage human interaction can survive.
